Our History. DynastyOne Solutions traces its roots to Dynasty1 Solutions, founded in 2006. In 2026, the business was reestablished as DynastyOne Solutions LLC, carrying that original vision forward with expanded experience, stronger systems, and a renewed commitment to clarity, structure, and momentum.
Alana Carter is a Detroit native and area business strategist, serial entrepreneur, and systems builder with 15+ years of experience spanning client success, marketing, sales, business development, and organizational strategy.
Her work centers on turning ideas, challenges, and opportunities into clear plans and executable systems — helping individuals, businesses, community partners, and developing initiatives move from vision to action.
